Return Policy

All returns (including damaged merchandize) must be reported within five business days of receipt by emailing or calling Calamuso Enterprises at 631-588-0116.Please also refer to the "Contact Info" section of our site for additional contact methods.

Returns Due to our Error

If the reason for the return is due to our error, we will quickly refund the full amount of the merchandise plus the original shipping & handling charges. We will also bear the costs of your return shipment if the following conditions are met:
  1. You have called Calamuso Enterprises and received a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please reference the RMA # on the returned merchandize.
  2. The merchandise is returned in the same (or similar) shipping container originally used by Calamuso Enterprises.

General Returns

If Calamuso Enterprises is not at fault for the return, the conditions detailed below will apply:
  1. A 10% Restocking fee will be charged
  2. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  3. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
